live webcams, and ATCS Monitor feeds provided by a group of individuals
with a passion for railroads and radio communications.

We have a new website with information about our streams and links to donate to our project.
After an 8 year hiatus, the streams from Bawfaw Peak have returned. The south end of the BNSF Seattle Sub and the Puget Sound & Pacific Railroad recievers are now back online.
There are many costs associated with installing and maintaining these wide coverage radio streams and webcams. These wide-coverage streams are made possible by mountain-top commercial communications sites, commercial-grade radio equipment and antennas.
Commercial communications site annual leases: over $2,000 yearly.
Virtual Railfan webcam public access: $3,000 yearly.
Commercial radio equipment and antennas: up to $2,500 per site.
Virtual Railfan camera equipment and installation: up to $7,000 per site.

Dale is an avid Photographer, Extra class HAM radio operator, and is an Audio Technician for The Seattle Center. Dale maintains all things dealing with ATCS Monitor equipment at the radio sites.
Robert is an avid Photographer and a Fire Chief for Thurston County Fire. Robert was a driving force to get the Chehalis Virtual Railfan camera installed and the site lease established for the radio streams at Bawfaw Peak.
